What started as one esthetician’s journey has evolved into a thriving platform and community. The Team
Victoria and Chris Boyle, founders of Optimized Aesthetics, bring together clinical expertise and strategic business leadership to support estheticians at every stage of growth. Victoria is a licensed esthetician with nearly a decade of hands-on experience, specializing in acne treatments and anti-aging solutions. She is a master-level Hydrafacialist and proudly serves on the Hydrafacial Advisory Board. Beyond the treatment room, Victoria is deeply passionate about education and mentorship, helping estheticians refine their skills, elevate their services, and build premium brands rooted in confidence and professionalism.
Chris oversees brand strategy, marketing, and content development for Optimized Aesthetics. With a strong background in business development, videography, and digital marketing, he plays a key role in shaping the brand’s educational platforms and helping estheticians create intentional, high-end businesses with scalable systems and strong visual presence.
Supporting the team is Lindsey, Event & Operations Coordinator for Optimized Aesthetics. Lindsey manages the logistics, planning, and execution of the brand’s live events and educational experiences, ensuring every detail is seamless, organized, and elevated. Her role allows the team to deliver high-touch experiences that foster genuine connection, learning, and community.
Together, the Optimized Aesthetics team is committed to creating meaningful education, unforgettable events, and a supportive community that empowers estheticians to grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.
